Order Procedures

Orders (excluding orders placed holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please note: Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available. 

Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email. 

Shipping Procedures

We offer UPS Ground for all domestic orders. Express shipping is currently unavailable.

We ship all domestic orders except shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Marina Islands.

We do not ship to any PO BOX addresses.

Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. 2nd STREET USA is unable to reroute packages. 

Once 2nd STREET USA has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.

Tracking

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. For questions or concerns about the whereabouts of your order once it has shipped, please contact the carrier directly:

In-Store Pick Up

Unfortunately, we do not allow in store pick up for online orders. Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns.
