If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased online, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 5 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as delivered with our 2nd STREET price tag attached in its original position. No refunds or exchanges on item(s) without our price tag. Item(s) that has been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be eligible for a return.
Item(s) must be returned to the original location where it's shipped from. If your order has multiple items, each item might be shipped from the different locations. Please be careful when returning item(s). Incorrect returns are subject to $15 restocking fee.
The return item(s) must drop off at the shipping carrier within 5 business days, starting from the day the pre-paid return label was issued. If the tracking is inactive after 5 business days, the return will be invalidated.
Any shipping fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.

- After your return request is verified, we will email you a complimentary return label(s).
- Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds can take 5-8 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank.
*When returning your item(s), please include any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order, in the packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
Items purchased online cannot be returned at any physical store locations.

2nd STREET USA is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been shipped. Refused packages are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Frequent returns made from the same account will automatically be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and/or cancelling future orders.
