Authentication Process

All luxury brands sold at 2nd STREET USA are authenticated by Entrupy (powered by Artificial Intelligence and determine authenticity by taking photos of materials) or by our Japan and USA based authentication teams, with more than four decades of experience in luxury brands.

All items we sell are determined to be authentic, but some items may have been repaired, altered or may have some irregular parts. Please be advised we sell not only recently available items, but also old models that are currently unavailable.

If you have made a purchase from us and have a concern about the item’s authenticity, please contact us within 3 months from the date you received the item. Our team of in-house authenticators will do a thorough complimentary re-inspection. If they determine it’s inauthentic, you get a full refund.
