Online Store Reopening
We are pleased to announce the reopening of the online store. We thank you very much for your understanding and the inconvenience caused during the temporary closure. Additionally, we have updated our policies surrounding Covid-19.
Due to Covid-19, there may be up to a 2 week delay in shipping. Read more about how our carriers are responding to this situation from the UPS website:
Due to Covid-19, we have extended our return policy. You have up to 4 weeks after our physical stores are reopened to return the item(s).
Please fill out the return forms on the website. Please keep your item(s) until the stores reopen. We will notify you via email when we reopen. Your refund will be processed once the item(s) are returned to us.
CDC and WHO Guidelines
We are frequently monitoring the recommended guidelines by the CDC and WHO. We are prioritizing and taking the appropriate actions to maintain the safety of our customers and employees. Additionally, we are adhering to the following guidelines:
・ Employees are frequently washing hands and applying hand sanitizer when handling online orders to prevent the spread of the virus.
・Employees are told not to come to work if they are sick. We are making sure to measure all employees’ temperatures before work.
・Employees are practicing social distancing guidelines recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
All of our retail stores are temporarily closed until further notice to meet with the state guidelines.
