2nd Street Return Policy

All luxury brands sold at 2nd STREET USA are authenticated by Entrupy (powered by Artificial Intelligence and determine authenticity by taking photos of materials) or by authentication team which is taking care of all luxury brands corrected from over 600 stores throughout Japan.

All items are determined its authenticity, but some items may have been repaired or may have some irregular parts.
Please be advised we sell not only recently available items, but also old models that are currently unavailable.







It is important that our customers are pleased with their purchase and we offer a full refund return policy within 14 days of purchase for items that are returned to us. Please ship the item back to us in the original box and use tracking.

(Note: Items purchased online cannot be returned at the physical store locations. Please fill out the return form below and ship the items back to us.)

Please maintain any security tags or SKU number labels affixed to the item as they are required for our full refund return policy.
