All luxury brands sold at 2nd STREET USA are authenticated by Entrupy (powered by Artificial Intelligence and determine authenticity by taking photos of materials) or by our Japan and USA based authentication teams, with more than four decades of experience in luxury brands.
If you have made a purchase from us and have a concern about the item’s authenticity, please contact us within 3 months from the date you received the item. Our team of in-house authenticators will do a thorough complimentary re-inspection. If they determine it’s inauthentic, you get a full refund.

We are unable to reroute packages once your order has shipped. Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order.

Your order will be shipped UPS Ground Service. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-8 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. 2nd STREET USA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Delivery period is not guaranteed and orders that do not require a signature may be left at your shipping address if you are not home. We suggest that if you will not be home and are concerned about your order’s delivery, to place an order when you are home for sure to ensure you receive your package. Returns
You may return your purchase for a full refund within 5 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as delivered with our 2nd STREET price tag attached in its original position. No refunds or exchanges on item(s) without our price tag. Item(s) that has been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be eligible for a return.
