What is the 2nd STREET USA return policy?
You may return your purchase for a full refund within 5 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as delivered with our 2nd STREET price tag attached in its original position. No refunds or exchanges on item(s) without our price tag. Item(s) that has been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be eligible for a return.
I received an incorrect/defective/damaged item. What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
I’m looking to return my recently purchased from 2nd STREET USA Online Store, what should I do?
To begin the returns process for a product purchased online, please go to our Return Page and submit your return request from "Return Form" .
Do you offer exchanges?
No, We do not offer exchanges.
Can I return my online purchase in store?
No, we do not accept returns for online purchases at our physical stores.
Shipping
What is the shipping method?
We offer UPS Ground for all domestic orders. Express shipping and International shipping are currently unavailable.

We ship all domestic orders except shipments to Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Marina Islands.
Make sure to double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order. 2nd STREET USA is unable to reroute packages.
Once 2nd STREET USA has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 2nd STREET USA is not responsible for stolen packages that were successfully delivered by the carrier.
How can I track my order?
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. For questions or concerns about the whereabouts of your order once it has shipped, please contact the carrier directly:

Please note: tracking information will be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.
How long will my order take?
Orders (excluding orders placed holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Please note: Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or delayed, we will notify you via email.
Can I cancel or change my order once it has been shipped?
No, We are not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been shipped. Refused packages are subject to a $15 restocking fee..
Do you offer in-store pick up?
Unfortunately, we do not allow in store pick up for online orders. Please contact us if you have any issues or concerns.
I placed an order for multiple products, however I have only received part of my order. What should I do?
Your order items might be shipped from different locations separately. Please contact us so we can assist you.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
No, Express Shipping is currently unavailable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, International Shipping is unavailable.
Do you ship to PO BOX addresses?
No, We do not ship to any PO BOX addresses.
What happens if I refuse the package?
Refused packages are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
No, We do not replace lost or stolen packages since we don’t stock the same inventory. Once 2nd STREET USA has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 2nd STREET USA is not responsible for stolen packages that were successfully delivered by the carrier.
My tracking information says delivered, but I have not received my order. What should I do?
Please check with your surrounding neighbors and/or landlord to ensure your order was not mistakenly picked up. If you are still unable to locate your shipment, please reach out to us via our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.
I am not going to be home when my package is expected to arrive, what should I do?
Delivery period is not guaranteed and orders that do not require a signature may be left at your shipping address if you are not home. We suggest that if you will not be home and are concerned about your order’s delivery, to place an order when you are home for sure to ensure you receive your package. Once 2nd STREET USA has released the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 2nd STREET USA is not responsible for stolen packages that were successfully delivered by the carrier.
Authentication
How do you authenticate items?
All luxury brands sold at 2nd STREET USA are authenticated by Entrupy (powered by Artificial Intelligence and determine authenticity by taking photos of materials) or by our Japan and USA based authentication teams, with more than four decades of experience in luxury brands.
I received an inauthentic item. What do I do?
If you have made a purchase from us and have a concern about the item’s authenticity, please contact us within 3 months from the date you received the item. Our team of in-house authenticators will do a thorough complimentary re-inspection. If they determine it’s inauthentic, you get a full refund.
Discount
I forgot to add my discount code to my purchase, can I still receive the discount?
Unfortunately any discount code cannot be applied to previous purchases.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Can I return my items?
No, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
When You Buy
Can you put the items on hold?
Yes, any item can be on hold only for up to 1 day. If you don't come back on that day, we will put the item(s) back to where it was.
Do you trade?
No, we do not trade.
Can I receive any notification when the item(s) arrives at the store?
We do not provide any sort of notification or pre-order services because all items we have are one of a kind.

What can I sell?

What size do you accept?
We accept all sizes, but the purchasing price may vary according by size.
Do you have a fixed rate?
No, we do not have a fixed rate. Our buyers with broad knowledge on the current fashion market will evaluate each item carefully. We determine a price based on the current trends, seasonality, and condition. Please feel free to bring in your items for estimation.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
The purchasing price that we offer may vary on the condition of the item, therefore you need to bring your item to the store in order to get an estimate.
What do I need to bring with me to sell my used items?
You will need to bring a valid photo ID such as Driver's License, Passport, State ID, or Military ID. Depending on state of the store, a valid government issued photo ID that is issued within the U.S. including U.S. territories may be required. Also, you must be 18 years or older to sell, or be accompanied by a guardian of parental authority with valid photo ID.
Do you purchase any out-of-season items?
Yes, we are always open regardless the season! However, our purchasing price may change depending on the season.
What are the items you do not accept?
We do not accept the following items:
- Items that are prohibited by law and/or company policy
- Items that are monogrammed and/or personalized
- Items that are in poor condition (damaged, dirty, odor, etc)
- Replica, counterfeit, or fake items
- Clothing: Kimono, school uniform, work uniform, wedding dress, tuxedo, pajamas, underwear, swimwear, skiwear, wet suit, children’s wear, babywear and rainwear
- Accessories: gold, platinum, jewelry, towel, handkerchief, stockings/tights and socks

What time is the in-store drop off hours? Do I need an appointment?
You do not need to make an appointment, you can bring the item(s) anytime during our store hours. Check your store here.
I'm under 18. Can I sell my items?
You need take your parent or legal guardian with you so that they can sell your items for you. They must have a valid ID with them to sell your items. Please go to the question, "What do I need to bring with me in order to sell my used items?" for more information about what you need to sell your items.
I have a great number of items to sell. Can you come to my house to pick them up?
Unfortunately, we cannot send our buyers to your house. Please bring your items to our store.
Can I leave my unaccepted items in the store?
Unfortunately, you are required to take the unacceptable items with you.
