New Return Policy from September 1st 2024
*This return policy applies to online and app orders only*
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased online, you may submit a request for a refund within 5 business days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Item(s) returned must be in the same condition as delivered with our 2nd STREET price tag attached in its original position. No refunds or exchanges on item(s) without our price tag. Item(s) that are worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be eligible for a return.
Returned item(s) must be dropped off at the shipping carrier within 5 business days, starting from the day you receive our pre-paid return label. Any returns not shipped after 5 business days will be refused and no refund will be issued. If you are having any trouble returning an item, please contact us immediately.
Item(s) must be returned to the original location it is shipped from. If your order has multiple items, each item might be shipped from a different location. Please be careful when returning item(s). Items sent to the incorrect address are subject to a $15 restocking fee.
Any shipping fees paid by the buyer are non-refundable, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Return Instructions
- Submit return request from "Return Form"
- After your return request is verified, we will email you a complimentary return label(s).
- Pack the returning item with our packing slip inside the package, and deliver the package to the shipping carrier within 5 business days of the date our pre-paid return label was sent.
- Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank.
*Please double check the returning item is in its original condition and 2nd STREET’s price tag is still attached.
*When returning your item(s), please place any accessories, branded boxes or cases that came with your order inside of the return package. Please enclose those items (i.e. branded box) inside of an outer shipping carton/package. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.
