We are updating our Return Policy

We are updating to our Return Policy for online and app purchases. These changes are effective starting September 1st, 2024. Your continued use of the 2nd STREET USA online and app service after September 1st, 2024 will be subject to our updated Return Policy. 

The changes include:

• Return Request Window: You return your purchase for a full refund within 5 business days, starting from the day your order was delivered. 
• Return Item(s) drop-off Window: The return item(s) must drop off at the shipping carrier within 5 business days, starting from the day the pre-paid return label was issued. If the tracking is inactive after 5 business days, the return will be invalidated.
